Step 1: Fold the scarf in the middle and then twice more, so that it is one-quarter its original width.

Step 2: Open the bag and place the center of the scarf under the flap with one end hanging out of the left side, and the other hanging out of the right.

Step 3: Close the handbag and tie the two ends together, forming a handle.

A 36″ scarf can make a winter-esque wool hat into a warm weather piece by infusing a bit of spring color. We love how even the most plain piece can be easily changed into something bohemian.

Step 1: Fold the scarf in the middle and then twice more, so that it is one-quarter its original width.

Step 2: Arrange the scarf around the crown of the hat, so that one end hangs longer.

Step 3: Tie the scarf so that the shorter end rests on the rim and the longer end falls towards the back of the hat.

Since the wrist has a smaller width than the other two techniques, we used a 16″ pocket square for this one. We prefer to stack it with a watch and bangle alongside a simple tee and denim ensemble.

Step 1: Fold the scarf in the middle and then twice more, so that it is one-quarter its original width.

Step 2: Wrap the scarf around the wrist twice.

Step 3: Tie a knot on the top of the wrist so that the ends hang on the top of the arm.

Let us know: which is your favorite of these three techniques? Do you have any other ways that you like to wear an Hermes scarf?
